About the Role:Reed Crawley is supporting with the recruitment of a dedicated Production Support Administrator to join their team in  East Grinstead. This role involves supporting the production activities in their Workshop, working closely with the workshop supervisor, coordinator, and team leaders to ensure seamless operations for their UK & ROI customers in Genset, Rail, and Marine applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Workshop and Training Centre Coordinator with daily operations.
  • Process tickets in SAP for maintenance tasks and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Produce service quotations and order parts for various tasks.
  • Ensure tickets are complete for warranty claims.
  • Create purchase orders and manage workshop requirements.
  • Update spreadsheets and prepare paperwork for incoming engines.
  • Request and track incoming parts.
  • Communicate effectively with other business units.

Person Profile:

  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and data entry skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physically fit for walking within production facilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Competent in writing business letters and emails.
  • Ability to work well in a team and appreciate Health & Safety.
  • Willingness to travel to Germany for product training (~1 week per year).

Security Clearance:Candidates must undergo BPSS security clearance checks, including digital ID verification, DBS check, and employment references for the last 3 years.
