Our client, an engineering company, is seeking a proactive Office Coordinator to join their team permanently.

This role is based 5 days a week in the office located in East Grinstead, with parking.

  • Office administration
  • Answering and Screening Calls
  • Project admin
  • Working with tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance
  • Building and facilities management
  • Reception Duties
  • General Office Support - Stationary, Tea Coffee ordering
