Our client is a well run and busy contractor whom are looking for a experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.


This role would suit somebody looking for a long term career opportunity and looking to make a day to day impact on the business from day one.

You will ideally have 5- 10 years experience of sub contractor surveying and costing on residential and commercial projects. Typical size of project 5 million- 30million . Our client have 3 years worth of work already secured in these sectors.

Key responsibilities:-

Produce valuations and payment applications
It is essential to have the knowledge and confidence to be able to take site measurements unsupervised.

Surveying of projects and pricing.
Identify changes to works information

Costing variations
Understanding of quality control, material scheduling etc
Subcontract account management
Cost reporting and Estimations
