What you'll be doing -

  • Championing customer service excellence, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Managing formal complaints efficiently, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Investigating and resolving escalated complaints, including those directed to senior leadership.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify trends, implement improvements, and enhance the overall member experience.
  • Monitoring feedback and using data insights to drive service enhancements.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational policies.

  • Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Office, and email systems.
