We are seeking a Science Teacher who is passionate, motivated, and dedicated to delivering high-quality education and achieving excellent student outcomes.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Teach Science to KS3 and KS4 students, with the potential to teach KS5 for suitable candidates.
  • Create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students.
  • Assess, track, and report on students’ progress and attainment.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
  • Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum and participate in departmental activities.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and collaborate with colleagues to share best practices.
  • Participate in a wide range of co-curricular activities, including STEM initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Ability to teach Science at KS3 and KS4, with KS5 being desirable.
  • A passion for Science and education, with a commitment to developing as a professional.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and high expectations for all students.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
