This is a superb opportunity to join a highly thought of company. Brilliant opening for a retail management experienced candidate preferably with a background in the aquatics or a strong interest in the hobby (although this is not essential.
Store Manager
Full time permanent role
East Grinstead area
Monday - Friday plus alternate weekends with 1 day off in the week.
Winter opening hours 9 - 5:30pm
Summer opening hours 9 -6pm
Salary £35000 per annum, plus very good company benefits, including 28 days paid holiday and an additional day off on your birthday, staff discounts also available.
Due to workplace location it is essential to hold a full UK driving licence and have your own vehicle. Plenty of free parking available on site.

The role / duties
Managing staff
Communicate with owner, area managers and office staff
Manage stock levels (ordering, stock takes)
Manage animal welfare
Manage site and general housekeeping at the site
Manage EPOS computer system and internal/external data systems
Manage day to day operations of the business
Recruitment of staff
Ensure that Health and Safety is compliant with current regulations.
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
Aquatic experience (beneficial but not essential)
Strong Retail Store management experience
Own transportation due to rural workplace
Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
Computer skills
High customer service standards
Use initiative to drive the business forward
