We require a Gas Engineer to start immediately on a large social housing scheme in East Leake, LE12 area on behalf of the council.
This position is for 3 weeks but could be extended.
The Client
Our client is a large main contractor who operates nationwide and works alongside councils, housing associations and insurance companies.
The Role
Main duties as a Gas Engineer can vary on a day to day basis which consist of -
- Extending external taps and gas flues on tenanted and void properties
The working hours are 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Gas Engineer
- Gas Safe Registered
- Social Housing Experience
- Own Tools
- Own Transport
- CSCS/JIB card
- Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
Benefits
- The rate of pay is 25 per hour
- 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
