My client is currently seeking a maintenance carpenter for a position based in South London, focusing on a listed building.
The ideal candidate should have a City and Guilds or NVQ in carpentry, along with a proven track record in the field.
Duties include repairing doors, floors, wood panels, and joinery work, as well as problem-solving and collaborating with curators and the team.
The role offers a salary between £37,000 and £40,000, with working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, and overtime available.

Maintenance Carpenter

My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance carpenter based in South London working on a listed building. Ideally you have city and guilds or NVQ in carpentry and will have a proven track record in carpentry.

Sector: Historic Building

Duties will include repairing all carpentry from doors, floors, wood panels, joinery work, repair work, working in workshop with all wood tools, problem solving on job's, working with curators and the team

Hours 7-4 Monday to Friday Overtime available

Can park on site for free

Salary 37-40K
