My client is currently recruiting a maintenance builder based at a historic site in SW London.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in commercial maintenance and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Duties will include flooring, glazing, guttering, changing roof tiles, leadwork rendering, painting, and general handyperson tasks.
The position offers a salary of £37,000, depending on experience, with working hours from 7.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Hours are 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday
