Finance Manager

CMA Recruitment Group is partnering exclusively with an exciting SME based in Bournemouth, Dorset, who have the requirement to hire a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This is a rare opportunity for a progressive candidate to start a role that offers progression to take on the Finance Director’s workload, with visibility of development areas and the remuneration that comes with the increased responsibility.

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

• Multi entity P&L reporting;
• Regular business partnering with non-finance stakeholders across the business;
• Support with year-end accounts preparation;
• Project based analysis with clear communication of insights;
• Varied ad hoc analytical and process based tasks to aide the smooth running of the finance function.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• To be considered for this position you will be ACCA / CIMA qualified or a finalist;
• Multi entity reporting experience is required;
• The successful candidate needs to be visible to the wider business so strong interpersonal and business partnering skills are essential.
