Position: HGV Class 2 Driver - Temp to Perm Contract
Role and Responsibilities:As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will not only operate the Vacuum Tanker (Gully Tanker) with utmost safety but also play a crucial role in maintaining the roadside drainage network. This entails active involvement outside the vehicle, utilizing provided equipment to ensure the drainage network's upkeep. Work will be conducted in pairs, distributing the workload effectively.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM
- 10 hours per shift,totallinga 50-hour workweek.
Pay Rate:
- Night Shift: 16.74 per hour
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 2 Licence
- CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
- Willingness to actively participate in the physical demands of the job
- Previous experience in a road or drainage environment is beneficial, though not mandatory
