We are seeking anenthusiastic and energetic Forest School Learning Mentorto inspire and engage children through outdoor learning. The successful candidate will have a passion for the natural world and fostering a connection with nature. Your primary role will be running forest school sessions and delivering outdoor and adventurous learning experiences through play and exploration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead engaging outdoor education sessions.
- Deliver a variety of outdoor and adventurous learning activities.
- Extend extra-curricular outdoor opportunities with unique skills and interests.
- Assist in environmental projects and conservation initiatives.
- Collaborate positively with colleagues to enhance outdoor learning.
Essential Requirements:
- Passion for outdoor learning and working with children.
- Experience leading outdoor education sessions for ages 5-18.
- Knowledge of current wildlife and conservation issues.
- Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification preferred (or willingness to train).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Car driver essential due to rural location.
