Role Overview

As an Audit Semi-Senior Accountant, you will join a supportive and dynamic team, reporting directly to the management team. You will play a pivotal role in preparing accounts and conducting audit work for a mixed portfolio of clients, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Preparation: Prepare accounts in compliance with FRS 102(1A) for a variety of clients.

Audit Engagements: Conduct statutory audit work, including stock takes and responsibility for assigned audit sections, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Team Collaboration: Support junior team members during audits, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Personal Tax Returns: Assist with the preparation of personal tax returns as needed.

Requirements

Professional Development: You are currently studying ACA or ACCA with at least two years’ experience in a UK accountancy firm, including two years of audit experience, and seeking a challenging role to further your career.
