The Role
As a Tax Senior, you'll manage and deliver exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and expert tax advice. This is an opportunity where your technical expertise and strong organisational skills will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a consistently high level of service to a portfolio of clients, exceeding their expectations.
- Prepare tax returns following professional standards and company procedures.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet agreed standards.
- Act as a mentor and line manager to junior team members, fostering their development.
- Stay up-to-date with legal and statutory requirements, ensuring compliance across the team.
- Represent the firm with professionalism, contributing to its innovative and forward-looking approach.
What We're Looking For
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified, or part-qualified with significant relevant experience.
- A strong background in tax, with 3-5 years of experience, ideally in a practice environment.
- Proven ability to manage a varied portfolio of clients effectively.
- Strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and proficiency in technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
