Are you looking for flexible working?If so then my client has a great opportunity for you…..TN Recruits Accounts are working with a large and highly respected firm of Chartered Accountants based in Eastbourne. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team in their growing team.Working with a portfolio of SME clients, your main responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients to deliver a high quality service
Preparing and reviewing sole trader accounts, personal tax returns, company accounts and corporation tax returns
VAT advice and compliance services
Maintaining a high technical and professional standard. This would be facilitated through ongoing training and access to CPD programmes within the firm
Coach, train and develop junior staff to improve and further their knowledge
Opportunity to develop skills in key areas such as Xero and other Cloud based systems

This would be a great opportunity for someone who has gained some experience within an Accountancy Practice who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain more exposure to Accounts and Tax work.To be considered, applicants will need to part or fully qualified AAT and have recent experience gained within an Accountancy Practice. You will also have a desire to learn and be able to demonstrate great communication skills as you will be frequently dealing with clients.
