Our clientsare recruiting for an office administrator to join theirhead office team.
You will carry out clerical duties and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication. You will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
You will need to be well-organised, pay close attention to detail and like being part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Managing paperwork for all sold vehicles
- Chasing manufacturers for consumables
- SORN Vehicle with DVLA
- Ensure all vehicles are uploaded to the Motor Insurance Database
- Dealing with all Parking charges/Speeding fines accordingly
- Develop and maintain the filing system
- Dealing with customer queries, Data Entry and all ad hoc duties required
Requirements
- Proven admin experience
- Excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Accounts knowledge preferable
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00
Staff Parking is offered, Staff Uniform supplied
Pay: 23,000.00-25,000.00 per year
