As a Chemotherapy Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will:
- Manage direct patient care and oversee a clinical caseload
- Administer SACT safely and effectively
- Collaborate with other Clinical Nurse Specialists and healthcare professionals
- Conduct Holistic Needs Assessments and create care plans
- Provide specialist, evidence-based advice to patients and families
- Promote respectful relationships and patient involvement
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge in chemotherapy administration and associated procedures
