Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 17.00

If so, I have a great opportunity to join a friendly and proactive team, assisting and supporting their financial planners based in their modern offices in Eastbourne.

You will already have a proven administrative background and have great client relationship and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with clients and be the first point of contact enquiries via phone, email and in person.
  • Preparing client documentation in advance for existing and prospective client meetings.
  • Liaise with other team members on work in progress for client accounts.
  • Manage client service needs to ensure client expectations.
  • Open and maintain client files to agreed FCA compliance standards
  • Diary management ensuring daily tasks are met.
  • Send letters of authority and produce portfolio valuations as directed by the financial adviser.
  • Supporting the financial adviser in preparing the annual revie process.
  • Ordering stationary and other office supplies as required.
  • Franking and posting of outgoing mail. Topping up franking machine.
  • Scanning, filing and photocopying documents as required.
  • Ensuring the CRM system is updated accurately.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Strong administrative and customer client management skills.
  • Great IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
  • Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively.
  • A genuine interest in working within financial services industry.
  • Confident communicator, with the ability to build strong business relationships.
  • Efficient, great attention to detail and a strong team player.
