IFA Client Relationship Manager

Salary: £30k - £32k + bonus + Great benefit package

Location: Eastbourne

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Do you want to work within a highly professional and well-established IFA that offers a great working environment within a high quality and focused team?

You will already have a proven sales support background within financial services with outstanding customer service and communication skills.

The role will focus on high quality servicing cantered around the annual review process and efficiently processing applications using software platforms from key providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client service needs by providing a friendly and professional approach.
  • Manage the IFA diaries, ensuring client review meetings are scheduled and prospective client meetings arranged.
  • Preparing all documents inclusive of portfolio reports for the client review process.
  • Assist with client meetings.
  • Liaise with clients on any administrative queries they have.
  • Open and maintain files to the required compliance standard set down by best practice.
  • Obtain key features illustrations and application forms.
  • Prepare new business application forms and create expectations for transactions using platform provider technology.
  • Ensure fund switches/rebalances are carried out accurately and within company timescales.
  • Send letters of authority.
  • Record fees and create invoices.
  • Open scan and log incoming post.
  • Liaise with product providers and platforms to ensure timely responses to clients.
  • Check accuracy and any new business documents to ensure that applications are processes efficiently.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Proven background within IFA sales support.
  • Sound understanding of different types of investment, pension, and protection products.
  • Ideally have processed new applications on using platform software.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong IT skills inclusive of Excel.
  • Knowledge of cash flow planning tools.
  • Great attention to detail with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
