Level 3 Nursery Assistant - School Nursery in Eastbourne

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join a nursery within a school in Eastbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on young children's lives, supporting their growth and development in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5.
• Assist in planning and delivering activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, promoting children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
• Support children's personal care needs and ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Develop positive relationships with children and their families, providing regular feedback on progress.
• Encourage children's curiosity, helping them build confidence and key skills for future education.

Essential Requirements:

• A Level 3 qualification in childcare is required for this role.
• A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Previous experience working in a nursery or school setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
