An experienced or aspiring Estimator is sought for a permanent position in Eastbourne with a well-established subcontractor.
The role involves tendering and pricing for projects valued between £200k and £5m, as well as preparing tender packages and managing the bidding process.
Candidates should have previous experience in the construction industry, preferably as an Estimator, and possess strong negotiation and organizational skills.
Salary for the position is negotiable based on experience, with consideration for both senior and early career Estimators.
This opportunity offers a chance to work with a strong pipeline of projects through 2025 alongside a supportive team.

The Role:

Working on Tendering and pricing of works valued from £200k up to £5m
Prepare tender packages and manage the bid process
Risk assessments
Cost planning

This well established and respected contractor is looking for:

Previous experience as a Estimator within the construction industry (My client would consider any background Eg Main Contractor, Developer but ideally subcontractor)
Negotiation skills
Team Player
Self starter and organisational skills

Role: Construction Estimator

Location: Eastbourne

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience, considering Senior and early career Estimators
