As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Organise, maintain and update records accurately.
- Handle inbound and outbound communication professionally.
- Coordinate meetings and manage diaries efficiently.
- Prepare and process documents and reports.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Profile
