Grafton Banks Finance is pleased to be supporting a growing business in the Eastbourne area in their search for a Credit Controller for a 3–6-month temporary assignment. This role will assist the finance team during a busy period, focusing on debt collection and broader credit control responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:-
Chasing outstanding debts to reduce a backlog and support ongoing credit control processes.

Processing card payments from customers over the phone.

Maintaining and updating customer accounts.

Accurately recording payments and reconciling accounts.

Preparing departmental KPI reports.

Managing and responding to email queries
-
An experienced Credit Controller with end-to-end credit control expertise.

Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, and Pivot Tables.

Immediately available and ready to start in April 2025.

Able to commute to Eastbourne.
