We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Entry Administrator to join our client's team on a 3-month temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the smooth operation of a busy department.

The role will add crucial interim value to the finance team in loading invoices onto their accounting software.

Job title: Data-Entry / Administrator

Hourly rate: £13ph - £14ph

Location: Eastbourne - Office based

Duration: 3 months contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading AP (Accounts Payable) invoices onto their accounting software
  • Ensuring all information is recorded and maintained to a high standard
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc data entry / finance duties
  • Managing data integrity and resolving any discrepancies
  • Working to deadlines to ensure data is processed in a timely manner

Skills & experience:

  • Experience in an account's environment, processing experience
  • Good accounting systems skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Available to start ASAP / Immediately
