Who We're Looking For:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (or a passion to learn if you're new to the field!).
- A positive attitude, creativity, and the ability to connect with young children.
- A team player with a flexible approach - you'll be working across two locations in Eastbourne, so adaptability is key!
- Enthusiasm and dedication to making every day a fun and educational experience for children.
