This industry leading company are seeking an Electronics Engineer, to be based in Eastbourne. This department serves all five Vacuum Technique Divisions: Scientific, Industrial vacuum, Semiconductor Service, and Vacuum Technique Service. Their Eastbourne site specialises in the design and manufacture of Electronic Controllers, Drives and Instruments for use within the company's vacuum products.

They currently require an Electronics Engineer to join their rapidly expanding global R&D team and the technology centre here in the UK. This job will involve providing technical support to a range of departments and products.

Key Responsibilities for the Electronics Engineer job will include:

- To provide support to Production for product owned by the Sustaining Team, in order to resolve test failures, whether caused through product build, test equipment or design problems.

- To provide technical guidance and assistance to other team members.

- To undertake Customer Driven engineering investigations and re-designs.

Skills and Competencies for the Electronics Engineer job will include:

- BSC or HNC in a related subject.

- Proven experience in technical support and test environment.

- Electronic design & fault finding experience.
