As a Part-Time Manager or Senior Manager, you will take the lead on a mixed portfolio of clients, driving financial accuracy and compliance while delivering exceptional client service. In this hands-on role, you’ll engage in business development, network actively, and foster client relationships as the primary point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse client portfolio, ensuring accounts are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
• Account Review & Sign-Off: Conduct thorough reviews of accounts, tax compliance, and financial reports, with sign-off authority.
• Client Advisory: Provide clients with strategic business advice, enhancing their growth and financial wellbeing.
• Mentorship: Support and guide junior team members, nurturing professional development and technical skills.
• Client Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships through excellent customer service.
• Business Development & Networking: Expand the firm’s client base by building relationships within the local business community.

Ideal Candidate:

• ACA or ACCA qualified with proven experience in managing client portfolios in an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax compliance, with an eye for detail and quality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring trust and confidence in clients.
• Proactive in business development, with a knack for spotting opportunities and growing client relationships.
