Description
- Provide comprehensive tax advice to clients
- Ensure all tax returns and related documents are prepared accurately
- Stay abreast of tax law changes and communicate these to clients
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain confidential client information
- Prepare reports on tax advisory engagements
- Guide team members on tax matters
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure holistic client service
Profile
A successful Personal Tax Manager should have:
- ATT, CTA, ACCA or ACA qualification
- Proficiency in using tax software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of personal tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
