Our client, a reputable firm of financial planners, is seeking an experienced IFA/Client Services Administrator for their Eastbourne team.
The role involves supporting paraplanners and financial planners, processing new business applications, and preparing for client review meetings.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of IFA/financial planning administration experience and ideally be studying towards a level 4 diploma.
The position offers a starting salary of up to £37,000, flexible working arrangements, and 25 days of holiday.
Additional benefits include full study support, pension, and death in service cover of four times the salary.

Supporting a team of experienced paraplanners & financial planners, duties & responsibilities will include: Full job spec is available on request

To provide support to Paraplanners & Financial Planners
To be the first point of contact for clients
To process new business applications across the key financial products
Ensuring that financial transactions are completed correctly & compliantly
Preparing for client review meetings
Acquiring client portfolio valuations
Basic paraplanning duties (full training provided)

The candidate:

c2 years + IFA/ financial planning administration experience (essential)
Studying towards level 4 diploma (desirable)
Excellent knowledge of provider platforms
