The position of Boatyard Operative has become available at Sovereign Harbour in Eastbourne. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual, with a flexible work ethic to join a small, hardworking and friendly team.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:• Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service• Flexibility and adaptability to both marina and boatyard operations• "A can do" attitude and flexible approach to team work

This role includes working outdoors in all weathers and may require some weekend and bank holiday working.

Previous experience of plant operation and boat handling would be a major advantage but training, where required, will be given. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential. A full UK driving licence is essential.
