 About the Role:As a Residential Support Worker (RSW), you’ll play a crucial role in creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for young people. You’ll work closely with them to develop life skills, build resilience, and promote emotional well-being while ensuring their safety, care, and development.
 Key Responsibilities:-
Day-to-Day Care & Support:
- Provide emotional and practical support to children in a residential setting.
- Promote independent living skills, education, and personal development.
- Encourage and facilitate positive social activities and experiences.

Safeguarding & Well-being:
- Ensure the safety and welfare of young people at all times.
- Implement care plans and positive behaviour support strategies.
- Work in line with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.

Teamwork & Development:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, social workers, and external agencies.
- Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and career progression.
- Support the home’s ethos of providing a nurturing and child-focused environment.
✔ Full UK Driving Licence (essential for transporting young people)
✔ Experience working with children in a care, support, or educational setting
