We are looking for Cover Supervisors to join secondary schools in the Eastbourne, East Sussex area, with both long-term placements and ad-hoc daily cover opportunities available. Whether you’re seeking full-time or part-time work, we have options to suit your schedule.

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play an essential role in supporting schools during periods of need. You’ll be responsible for overseeing lessons, ensuring students complete their assigned work, managing classroom behaviour, and monitoring safeguarding issues. In addition, you’ll offer pastoral care to students, helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

Cover Supervisors can come from diverse backgrounds, including experienced TAs, HLTAs, TEFL teachers, graduates considering a career in education, sports coaches, drama and dance teachers, overseas-trained educators, and qualified teachers looking for reduced hours.
