We are seeking a Multi Skilled Tradesman for a permanent position in the Eastbourne area, focusing on responsive repairs in housing contracts.
The role involves working on both occupied and void properties, requiring skills in various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, flooring, tiling, and glazing.
While expertise in all trades is not necessary, a strong background in multiple trades is essential.
The position offers a salary of £36,500 plus a bonus scheme, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Multi Skilled Tradesman - We are looking for a Multi Trader to work on a permanent basis in and around the Eastbourne area on a housing contract carrying out responsive repairs works. The work will be a mixture of occupied and Void properties carrying out elements of all trades.

You will need to have a strong background in a variety of different trades including Carpentry, plumbing, flooring, tiling ,glazing and more. You don't have to be an expert in all trades.

The Salary is 36,500 + Bonus scheme

Monday - Friday the working hours are 8am-4:30pm.

You will be a supplied a company van, fuel card and other benefits.
