As an ICT Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and developing the schools' ICT infrastructure, ensuring seamless technology integration across the curriculum.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot the school's network, hardware and software.
- Provide technical assistance and support to teachers, staff, and students.
- Manage and maintain school devices, including laptops, desktops, and tablets.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect the school's ICT systems.
- Assist with technical projects, including implementation and testing.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified to Level 3 in ICT or a related field.
- Previous experience in an ICT support role within a school environment.
- Strong knowledge of ICT systems, networks, and devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
