Our clients are currently recruiting a resilient, enthusiastic, and energetic individual to join their busy team as an HR Officer.
The ideal candidate will need excellent organisational skills and be creative, approachable, and self-motivated. You will provide advice and guidance on a range of policies and company processes, supporting the wider HR team.
You will work closely with other team members on day-to-day tasks, but you will also be trusted to manage your own workload and time effectively.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in all matters, displaying appropriate judgement and initiative when required.
Strong organisational, planning, project management, and decision-making skills
Previous HR experience is essential.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
An adaptable team player - someone willing to learn
Strong administration skills, including working at pace and dealing with changing priorities. Excellent written and verbal skills as well asa good working knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.
