The role requires a proven track record in managing conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, handling matters such as sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers.
Candidates should possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of commercial property law, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
The position offers a competitive salary that depends on experience, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:15 pm.
Applicants are expected to have relevant experience in commercial property law to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

With a passion for commercial property law and a proven track record in managing conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, your role will be pivotal within this busy, hardworking department.Within this role, you will hit the ground running as you manage a full caseload of commercial property matters, including:

Sales,
Purchases,
Re-mortgages and transfers,
Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the entire conveyancing process.

About you:

Strong technical ability
Deep understanding of commercial property law
adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships,
Offering exceptional client care at all times.
