Role and Experience LevelWe're looking for a dedicated Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE. This role will be a key part of a busy team handling estate administration and private client work. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills and a solid foundation in private client law, with a focus on high-quality service and client care.

Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will manage a varied caseload with responsibilities including:

  • Drafting Wills and managing estate administration
  • Handling Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
  • Working with elderly and vulnerable clients
  • Managing clients' financial affairs and administering trusts
  • Advising on inheritance tax and capital gains tax issues

Impact of the RoleAs part of the Private Client team, you'll provide essential support to clients navigating complex estate and financial matters. This role will allow you to make a tangible difference in clients' lives while building expertise in areas like elder law and trust administration.
