The successful Residential Property Conveyancer or Solicitor will join a fun, vibrant office which is inclusive and supportive. You will form part of a team which are encouraged to progress and develop, and benefit from on-going professional training. You will be managing a full and varied case load of quality matters to include:
- Purchase and sale of freehold and high value leasehold residential property
- Remortgage work
- Involvement in some lease work
- Refinancing
- Ideally be a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive - not essential
- Have at least 5 years experience of managing own case load of high quality residential property matters - essential
- Demonstrate exceptional client skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A willingness to continually develop your practice
- Ideally an interest in networking and business development - not essential
