A highly respected award winning law firm with multiple offices are currently seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer or Solicitor to join them, with a focus on high qualify/value residential conveyancing matters.The successful Residential Property Conveyancer or Solicitor will join a fun, vibrant office which is inclusive and supportive. You will form part of a team which are encouraged to progress and develop, and benefit from on-going professional training. You will be managing a full and varied case load of quality matters to include:
  • Purchase and sale of freehold and high value leasehold residential property
  • Remortgage work
  • Involvement in some lease work
  • Refinancing
The successful Residential Property Conveyancer or Solicitor will offer the following:
  • Ideally be a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive - not essential
  • Have at least 5 years experience of managing own case load of high quality residential property matters - essential
  • Demonstrate exceptional client skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A willingness to continually develop your practice
  • Ideally an interest in networking and business development - not essential
