A fantastic vacancy has become available for a seasoned Legal Secretary to join a respected and approachable legal practice based in Eastbourne.Position Overview:This position presents a wonderful opportunity to collaborate closely with a Partner and two Associate Solicitors within a supportive and professional team.
  • Delivering top-tier secretarial assistance, including audio typing and producing legal documents.
  • Communicating with clients in a polite and professional fashion.
  • Accurately setting up and archiving legal matters.
  • Compiling court bundles and supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
  • Answering incoming calls and performing a range of office-based tasks.
The Successful Applicant Will Have:
  • Prior experience working as a Legal Secretary, preferably in a Private Client setting.
  • Solid knowledge of legal jargon and case-handling processes.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organisational capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing own workload.
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in audio dictation.
