- Delivering top-tier secretarial assistance, including audio typing and producing legal documents.
- Communicating with clients in a polite and professional fashion.
- Accurately setting up and archiving legal matters.
- Compiling court bundles and supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
- Answering incoming calls and performing a range of office-based tasks.
- Prior experience working as a Legal Secretary, preferably in a Private Client setting.
- Solid knowledge of legal jargon and case-handling processes.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organisational capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing own workload.
- High attention to detail and proficiency in audio dictation.
- A competitive salary - circa £25,000.
