Commitment: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

What You’ll Do:In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with senior and junior lawyers on high-impact projects across various sectors. You will handle a diverse range of matters, including:

Leading company transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and reorganizations
Supporting private equity investments and corporate governance initiatives
Structuring joint ventures and negotiating shareholders’ agreements
Drafting and managing commercial contracts, including distribution and agency agreements
Facilitating corporate restructuring and advising on administration purchases
Navigating complex IT, licensing, and intellectual property agreements
Crafting tailored agreements suited to our clients’ specific needs
