  What You’ll Do:In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with senior and junior lawyers on high-impact projects across various sectors. You will handle a diverse range of matters, including:
  • Leading company transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and reorganizations
  • Supporting private equity investments and corporate governance initiatives
  • Structuring joint ventures and negotiating shareholders’ agreements
  • Drafting and managing commercial contracts, including distribution and agency agreements
  • Facilitating corporate restructuring and advising on administration purchases
  • Navigating complex IT, licensing, and intellectual property agreements
  • Crafting tailored agreements suited to our clients’ specific needs
