- Must have experience with timber frame construction.

- Previous employment with a large PLC house builder.

- Phase has 140 units.

Essential Certifications and Skills

- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate.

- Black card CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).

- First Aid at Work certification.

- Temporary Works ticket.
