The Role
Due to a recent project win our client has a requirement for a Site Manager to run an 18 month healthcare project in Eastbourne, reporting to a Project Manager. The project will consist of the complete refurbishment of the cardiology ward at Eastbourne Hospital. All access to the project will be through windows meaning the project is going to be a logistically challenging.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working on healthcare projects however my client is also open to someone who has experience of working on fitout projects within a live environment.
Salary
Salary expectations for this role will be between 230 - 250 a day.
