Our client is a successful later living company seeking an experienced Site Manager with a background in multi-development projects such as flats, apartments, hotels, or houses.
Candidates should possess a Black Manager CSCS Card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid Certificate, which are highly desirable qualifications.
The role requires an assertive and calm individual capable of working under pressure to meet construction deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
The Site Manager will report to the Contracts Manager and will be responsible for managing the building site to ensure compliance with Company and NHBC standards.
The position offers a competitive salary, and applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Thedevelopment isfast-paced, and you will need to be assertive and calm under pressure in order to achieve critical objectives, without compromising quality standards, and meet numerous construction deadlines, whilst liaising with a wide range of external contractors, suppliers, and in-house teams across different business functions.Reporting tothe Contracts Manager youwill manage a building site to ensure that the development is built to Company and NHBC standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme.
