Experience.

The client will consider applications from qualified solicitors with a minimum of 2 year demonstrable PQE.

Responsibilities.

1. Providing legal counsel and guidance to clients embroiled in legal disputes

2. Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to evaluate the legal merits of each case

3. Formulating effective legal strategies for dispute resolution, encompassing negotiation, mediation, and litigation

4. Drafting a variety of legal documents, including settlement agreements, pleadings, and briefs

5. Advocating for clients in court proceedings, arbitration hearings, and other dispute resolution contexts

6. Engaging in negotiations with opposing parties or their legal representatives to reach settlements

7. Maintaining regular communication with clients to update them on case progress and developments

8. Efficiently managing a caseload containing multiple disputes concurrently

9. Staying abreast of legislative changes and legal precedents relevant to dispute resolution

10. Adhering to high ethical standards and safeguarding client confidentiality at all times.
