As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:



  • Providing kind care to residents.
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
  • Practising in a nurse-led environment to develop complex decision-making and collaborative skills.
  • Mentoring and supporting colleagues and students.
  • Advocating and delivering person-centred care.
