Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to ensure the well-being and academic success of all students.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and current educational practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
