HRGO Recruitment are looking for a determined and eager Customer Service Lead to join our clients fire door inspection, maintenance and installation company based in Eastbourne. The successful candidate will be required to provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers, manage new enquiries and follow up with prospects to upsell and discuss services.

Our clients work with commercial, industrial, and residential customers and their commitment to safety, quality, and innovation has established them as a trusted partner in the fire protection industry.

General Duties:

  • Take down accurate new enquiry information
  • Utilise dedicated enquiry management system
  • Keep database up to date with customer records and information
  • Follow up with prospect customers to generate more business
  • Provide quotations to customers
  • Answer and manage any questions regarding services and products
  • Liase with homeowners, landlords or property maintenance teams
  • Discuss various packages and services with customers
  • Keep up to date with legislation and policies within fire door
  • Book in appointments/diary management

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience (inbound) required
  • Previous fire door experience would be desirable (not essential)
  • Must be confident over the phone to liase with customers and third parties
  • Proficient using Microsoft packages and computers
