Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential Lettings Manager who is enthusiastic, energetic and interested in further developing their career in the Lettings Industry!

This is a chance to join a smart, vibrant and well-known local brand with local offices in East Sussex.

The role will be based in the Eastbourne area and will involve running the local Lettings Department.

The perfect candidate will have an excellent track record in the Lettings industry, be a superb lister and business builder and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients.

You will be proactive, articulate and well-presented; well-spoken and capable of dealing with properties across a broad price spectrum including within the prime market.

You should also have some previous experience at a managerial level and understand about managing and motivating your team. Having said that, the company may consider an aspiring Lettings Assistant Manager who has the right experience and attitude and feels ready to step up to a new challenge!

An ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential, but you must have a comprehensive understanding of current lettings regulations and legislation.

Skills required for this Lettings Manager role will include:
