The team is dedicated to ensuring properties are well-maintained and expertly managed. Our Block Management team takes pride in delivering exceptional service to clients, focusing on properties, communal buildings, and shared spaces.
  • Experience in Property Management
  • Preferably but not essential, have IPRM qualification or equivalent experience
  • Your understanding of lease management and head lease details will be instrumental in maintaining adherence to rules, regulations, and obligations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Key responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for freeholders, leaseholders, contractors and landlords
  • Building rapport and nurturing relationships with stakeholders
  • Portfolio management
  • Insurance management
  • Health & Safety Compliance
  • Major Works Management
  • Section 20 Notices
  • Reporting
Financial Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage budgets and obtain necessary approval
  • Generate purchase orders and authorise payments for invoices related to service charges
  • Create reports on key management aspects for submission to Directors, Freeholders, and Board Members
  • Monitor expenditure versus budget and address outstanding debtor issues to ensure adherence to budget constraints
